Our core belief statements

Bible

We believe the Bible is the true, inerrant word of God and it is where we establish our faith and conduct.
(2 Tim. 3:16-17)

God’s Will

We believe God is love and it is God’s will for people to know Him and be made new in Christ because we all have fallen short of the glory of God and He doesn’t want to leave us in our sinful nature.
(Eph. 1:3-4)

New Life

We believe people who are made new in Christ are called to honor Christ with a holy lifestyle, by receiving the Holy Spirit who is promised to us.
(1 Peter 1:16; Eph. 1:13)

Our Purpose

We believe every believer’s purpose is to  reach their communities and the world around them through the message of Jesus Christ.
(Matt. 28:19-20)

Church values

The following are the core values of Xenia Grace  based on the foundational truths taught in the bible. All of our teaching and ministry is rooted in and flows out of these biblical values.

Christ-Centered

Christ is the center of what we do.
 (2 Corinthians 5:14-15)

Discipleship 

We focus on growing and mentoring people in life and  in their walk with Christ. (Matthew 28:18-20)
 

Service

Our heart’s focus is to serve God and serve people. (1 Peter 4:10-11)

Unity

We are one body under Christ Jesus to be the most impactful for the Kingdom of God. (1 Corinthians 1:10)

Excellence

We do our best because God deserves our best. (Colossians 3:23-24)

Benevolence

We are committed to being compassionate by sharing God’s love to help those around us. (Hebrews 13:16)

Churches of christ
in christian union

Xenia Grace is apart of the Churches of Christ in Christian Union (CCCU) denomination. The headquarters is located in Circleville, Ohio. The CCCU has approximately 225 churches throughout 18 different states.
The Churches of Christ in Christian Union has origins in the Wesleyan/Arminian doctrine. The union was formed in Ohio in 1909. The mission of the Churches of Christ in Christian Union is to preach and teach the gospel of Christ. Our beliefs line up directly with the bylaws and the church doctrine listed by the denomination.
