At Xenia Grace two of our core values are Service: Our heart’s focus is to serve God and serve people. (1 Peter 4:10-11) and Benevolence: We are committed to being compassionate by sharing God’s love to help those around us. (Hebrews 13:16). Our heart is to serve the Xenia Community with love, compassion, and generosity. We want every single person that walks through our doors to feel seen, valued, and loved. That at XG they truly have a place to belong. Our Connection Team is  dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for new visitors and helping them feel connected to the Xenia Grace Family by actively engaging them and providing information about ministries and events.
The Cafe Team is all about sharing the love of Jesus with a welcoming smile and a hot cup of coffee. Stop by, we’d love to have you be apart of the team.
The Chair Team members setup the sanctuary for services and put all the items need for service away after church on Sundays. Come help prepare our building for worship and fellowship.

Prayer Team

Grace Worship is our team of musicians who serve  by leading our church in worship on Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights at Grace Youth, and for other special events and services. The goal of Grace Worship is to foster a safe, biblical, and life-giving worship environment and to honor the Lord through the humble return of our musical gifts to Him. If you have a heart for worship and can play an instrument or sing we would love to have you audition.
The Production Team at Xenia Grace is a team of audio engineers, camera operators, lighting engineers, and graphics operators focused on bringing glory to God by helping to create a comfortable and impactful experience for our congregation. This team faithfully serves behind the scenes on Sundays during our service so that our service can be seen, heard, and live-streamed out for our members at home. If you have a passions for excellence and an interest or experience in audio, lighting, computers, or cameras then this is the place for you.
Our Prayer Team is a group of dedicated individuals who actively engage in prayer, primarily focused on interceding for the needs of other church members and the wider community, as well as, offering spiritual support by lifting up concerns to God and creating a space where people can experience God's presence
through prayer.

If you're passionate about engaging children with the Gospel and helping them build their faith, we encourage you to join the Grace Kids Team, where you'll play an active role in helping building the spiritual foundation in the families of XG.
If you’re passionate about activating faith in the NOW generation, we would love to have you join the Grace Youth Team, where you’ll help build up youth to go out and build the Kingdom of God.
If you’re passionate about helping young adults figure out life, with Jesus being at the center, and fostering a community with like minded believers come serve on our Grace Young Adults Team. The heart of our ministry is that serving is more than just a check list, it’s a calling.

The Events Team works together with other ministries in Xenia Grace to coordinate events that serve our congregation and our community.
