Xenia grace classes
Xenia Grace offers 3 different classes for new attendees and new believers. Our first class is a New Believers Class, which is a brief overview of some key beliefs that will help a new believer and what steps one could take to grow in their walk and get plugged into the Local Church. Our Who We Are class is an overview of our Church, our beliefs and values, and our church team. Lastly, our Membership Class discusses what it means to be a member at Xenia Grace and gives one the opportunity to become a member. All classes are one session long and take place after church on Sundays throughout the year. Baptism
Water Baptism is one of the first steps a new believer takes toward becoming firmly established in their commitment to Jesus Christ as Savior. The Scriptures teach us that when Christ died on the cross, our sins were nailed with Him. When we receive Jesus as our Savior, we identify with His death. When we come up out of the water, it’s symbolic of our death to our old life and we now have the power of the living Jesus in us, who destroyed our bonds to sin, and we come up as a new creation in Christ. Baptism is a sign, testimony, and symbol of your desire to declare to the whole world, that you are now a follower of Christ. It’s a sign of devotion and commitment to live for Jesus Christ and live a holy life.
